Biography

Dr. Huntington is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington. She cares for patients at the Harborview Medical Center Family Medicine Clinic where she is the clinic medical director. She is on the faculty of the UW Family Medicine Residency Program. She also provides prenatal care for pregnant patients at Neighborcare Health at Columbia City, and she facilitates a CenteringPregnancy group there.
Dr. Huntington graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed residency in family medicine at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle. She is board certified in family medicine. Her interests include culturally-sensitive medical care; innovative models of group prenatal care (CenteringPregnancy); and multidisciplinary team-based approaches to care for patients with chronic illnesses.
